Events: PGA Farmers Insurance Open & Haute La Jolla Nights
This January 21-27th, the Farmer's Insurance Open takes place at the Torrey Pines Golf Course. The La Jolla Village Merchants Association is sponsoring the event by bringing entertainment, coupons, and special offers for the many patrons, spectators, and participants in attendance. In addition to sponsorship, Pomegranate will be holding a raffle at the event, giving away a special one of a kind item from our boutique.
And during the 25th, 26th, and 27th of the tournament, La Jolla Village will be hosting Haute La Jolla Nights, which is a free event, featuring live music, art, and shopping. Make sure to stop by Pomegranate for a free gift with purchase, and not to mention a chance to take advantage of the 50-70% Off Winter Clearance Sale we'll be holding.

Designer Profile : H-I-G-H by Claire Campbell
“Design, Quality, and Utility,” are the three foundations
that H-I-G-H brand holds as standards in the creation of their modern
designs. Head designer, Claire
Campbell is the lead creative talent behind H-I-G-H, and has been dubbed by the
fashion world as a “modern couturier.”
However, while couture clothing maintains a reputation for being,
extravagant, grossly expensive, and impractical for use by the everyday person,
H-I-G-H clothing has managed to transcend the boundaries between couture and
ready to wear.
Self proclaimed “Everyday Couture,” H-I-G-H creates clothing
that combine couture design, with hand-stitched quality fabrics that are not
only durable, but also comfortable.
Though quality clothing does not come cheap, unique design that can be
worn time and time again, make H-I-G-H pieces worth their not so frightening
price tags.
In terms of design, H-I-G-H
clothing exhibits classic style lines, while at the same time experiments with
volume, layering, and shape.
Resulting in modern couture pieces that nod to classic silhouettes and
are flattering and distinct.
